Not a good purchase.
Roughly within 60 days the phone started to become intermittent with powering up. Thought it was the battery so had it checked at a dealer and found that the phone was defective. Then the display flashed off and on and finally stopped working. Stay away from this purchase.

Clearly a scam!
I bought this battery as "new". It is clearly not new in that it will not hold a charge for one full day initially when I received it. When I charge it up, it allows the phone to turn on, stays on for a few minutes then beeps "low battery". I bought another battery for my brother (not realizing I'd been given a defective battery) who has not received his YET. We shall see how long his "new" battery lasts.I bought this battery as "new".
