Smooth and Easy to Install
The Good: Mount is as advertised. Very easy to install. Very smooth motion. Comes with an abundance of screw options for mounting. The bubble level insert for the mount was a good feature. Comes with another bubble level as well. The Bad: HDMI cable is garbage. Very short and very basic/cheap. The easy access tilt adjustment knobs only control the outer arms. The inner arms are set with two adjustable bolts. I mounted a 55" Samsung TV with the mount. I tried to leave the inner arms "snug" so that adjustments could be made to the tilt after mounting. This did not work, and the inner arms had to be tightened completely thus not allowing for adjustments using the easy access bolt. Still managed
This mount came crooked (We still managed to use it) hopefully it was just mines and not anybody else's because I don't like giving negative feed back. It came so crooked that we had to make the part that mounts in the wall off balance to balance the part the actual tv is on. As far as durable it's heavy duty for sure. I have a 50 inch 30 pounds on it doesn't feel like its going any where.

Lag bolts weak! Do not use!
The mount is great just don't use the lag bolts that come with the mount. I used my Makita drill to tighten them down and broke 2 right away. My drill was turned all the way down. Even using a ratchet you could break them by hand. They are definitely lag bolts made in China. EVERYTHING made in China is garbage! Other then that install went smooth. I would recommend using a bigger lag bolt if your hanging a bigger heavier tv. In an earthquake the supplied lag bolts will break for sure and your tv will hit the ground just a heads up!The mount is great just don't use the lag bolts that come with the mount. Works very well
I had to mount this on a Natural Log Wall, which by the very nature of being Natural is uneven First thing one should do is look at the box for your TV, is will have a VESA mount Rating Mine was marked 300x300 36Lbs So I was completly positive this mount would work even though it was a 55" TV Newer TV's are MUCH lighter then the same size in an older model I only added 4 slightly longer bolts that were not supplied, since my wall was so uneven, I used the spacers in the kit for a Curved TV to compnsate behind the mount to get it tightened against the walls.. I mounted to a center post First then custom fit the mount to the Logs that make the wall up using the spacers. Only the last of 4 bolts required me to go out to the shop and use the Belt Sander to custom fit one of the ... Built well easy install
This has to be one of the best T.V. mounts made. When I first opened the package and saw all those parts I thought oh no,here we go. After reading the instructions I came to realize it has parts for different types of installations. Bottom line is well made, easy installation, at a good price. (would buy again)
