Ordering and delivery was good, but the product did not properly hold up my 50" TV. The specs say it can be used on a TV up to 55" and a weight of 66 lbs. My 50" TV weighs less than 30 lbs and the bracket twisted to where the TV was tilted at about 15 degrees.
