It was shipped promptly and it arrived intact. The picture quality is what you'd expect of animation on Blu-ray: crisp & clear! The sound isn't bad for 2.0 either. However I'm a bit disappointed that the picture has been stretched out to fit a widescreen television, so all circles are oblong and the characters are wider than they should be, but if you're the kind of person who doesn't like black bars, then this is definitely the one you're looking for!
