The water filter works. Just the product said it was an open box. The box came to me crushed and the filter itself. Had scratches and a large ding taking out of the side of it. See the pictures, beyou're stupid low. But it's hard but the product does work even though. I did not see anything in the description.F out it being scared up and dinged up pretty bad see pictures blow pic up u can see the damage on filter to leave a review u have to hit positive to leave a review not neutral review

    Excellent value

    Great speed and it was easy to set up. I used my own AC adapter from my SB5100 which supplies more power. I would happily recommend this as a way to get DOCSIS 3.0 speeds on the cheap.

    Perfect

    Ordered, received in three days, called Cox and had them upgrade me to 150Mbit and switch over to the modem. By the time my laptop booted the modem was synced, ran a speed test and pulled 186Mbit down. Remember with cable modems, reboot them when connecting to a different device (PC, Router, etc) or you won't get an IP address.

    The modem has worked perfectly since setup and has performed better then expected. There was no problem with Timewarner activating it. This modem was well worth the value and I would recommend it to others.
