Works good after cleaning
I ran a D size print and everything was fine. After a couple of days I ran the same print. No black, the plotter mixed CMY to make black. I used a rag between the print head and a vacuum cleaner to get the ink flowing again. Has worked good since then.

Even though several years past the warranty period, the HP45 cartridges usually work fine. If you have a problem with the nozzle being partly clogged, some glass cleaner should dissolve any dried ink. Buying recently expired is much more cost effective than buying brand new cartridges.

This cartridge worked fine and saved me a great deal of money over the cost of a cartridge at an office supply store. I had an old printer that I thought should still work but I didn't want to spend 40 or 50 dollars on a cartridge and find out the printer was bad.
