Talked to this seller numerous times that the Rainbow vacuum that I purchased did not come as shown and couldn't use the Power head because the cord was missing, Said he sent it but he didn't. Vacuum arrived with a broken tool caddy because of the terrible packing job. The vacuum rolled around in the box as I picked it up. Wouldn't buy from this seller if he offered to sell for a penny !!

I sure wish I would have read this guy's feedback before making a purchase. I, like the others who have given negative feedback, had the same issues.....poor communication and items not as described. Hardly any packing material except paper for delicate ceramics. Terrible packing! When I told him that, he accused me of lying and did everything possible to delay a refund (which ended in my favor, I might add). He is dishonest and can't be trusted as a seller. This is most certainly BUYER BEWARE!
