The amp has parts physically loose rattling inside it. Seller refused to acknowledge my requests for an exchange instead of a refund. I did not want a refund, I wanted a non-defective amp that they have 9 of. This is the only seller that has this model amp this inexpensive. Now I know its a pallet of defective items and once sold they deliberately made it impossible for me to get a working piece because they dont have any.

Flawless experience…expeditious turnaround and shipping, and product arrived perfectly as described. I had actually intended to return it only based on fitting constraints with my setup, and again this request was handled quickly and professionally. I had to cancel the return though, because I thought it was wise to do a quick sound quality check, and apparently a 30amp fused line was sufficient to blow the bajeezus out of the internal components. Came as described and communication was great. It comes from overseas so not a next day item but was a week ahead of schedule. If installing a DDIN unit using this piece it will require you to make a trim piece but not difficult. Very pleased and allows me to keep factory trim/stereo if I ever switch back. Great seller.
