This game brings new energy and excitement to your workout routine with accessories like exercise games and a balance board. Nintendo takes sedentary video games to a Wii active fit level. The Nintendo Wii console allows you to physically interact with it, and "Wii Fit Plus" creates exercise routines to enhance your health, strength, and fitness. Using these game routines and the video game's calorie burning counter system along with a balanced diet may help you lose weight and stay fit. You can involve your entire family with the multi-player Wii sports mode that allows up to eight players.Zumba activities, which come standard with "Wii Fit Plus," feature over 40 dance routines and songs. This exercise activity combines dance and aerobic activity to make it fun. Full Class mode allows you to choose short, medium or long classes starting from nine minutes and lasting up to an hour. Your Wii fit trainer guides you through warm-ups and low, medium, and high intensity workouts. Your speed, posture, and participation are checked as you perform exercises while holding the wireless controller to indicate your body position. Zumba Belts are included in your Wii game. These include a strap of plastic with a pocket that holds your game remote. Keep the “A” button facing in the direction of your screen so the console can read the motion of your controllers. Adding extra incentive to your Wii workout, the game consoles recognize if you’re using the board, dancing, or just sitting on the couch. Avoid injury and improve coordination through muscle stability. The Nintendo Wii uses balance as a key training component. Use the Wii balance board for strength training practice and burn a lot of calories. Customize your workout plan by combining your muscle building with Wii yoga.You may choose to customize your Nintendo "Wii Fit Plus" classes based on your fitness level and goals.     Good Product, Easy to setup

    Thanks! We are enjoying the exercises on the fit plus game (havent tried the zumba because need a special belt). The balance board seems to be working well. It was shipped quickly but usps was a bit delayed. We've been using it now for about 11 days.

    The original - plus new games

    Just when I was getting bored with the original Wii Fit mini-games, Wii Fit Plus arrived! The Plus version includes everything from the original, plus several new features. My favorite part is that there's a whole screen full of new games. Like the original set, they're colorful and creative. Many use the Wiimote as well as the balance board: the Wiimote serves as the handlebars of your Segway, or shows how well you can juggle while you balance on a giant beach ball. You can even fly through the air while dressed as a chicken! You also have the option to play some "brain fitness" games that test how quickly you're adding up numbers or sorting out colors. After you finish an activity, Wii Fit Plus tells you how many calories you just burned. Unfortunately, most don't burn more than a ...

    Good variety of exercises

    I haven't explored this game in depth yet, but from what I've seen it definitely has some redeeming qualities. There is a large variety of exercises included in it, and they range from balancing, to stretching, to using your body weight to strength train. There are also aerobic options for fat burning. It tracks your calorie burn, and can help you track fitness goals over time. I'm sure there are things I won't like so much about it as time goes on (there's always something) but so far its pretty cool. I could get the same workout in other ways, but the way it monitors you is entertaining so it wins some novelty points as well. If you have the extra money to purchase the game and balance board, it may be worth it for you.

    Fun for the whole family!

    I bought the wii fit PLUS game because my whole family liked the regular wii fit games. The plus version has some much funner games on it, like obstacle course, snowball fighting to name a couple. And you still have the basic wii fit games also on the disc. There are enough activities on the game that everyone in my family found one they love. My kids ages range from 6 to 10 and even fun stuff for the adults!

    Wii Fit Plus

    I like this addition to the Wii Fit franchise and it is a good deal for the price (if you already own the first Wii Fit game and Balance Board). Nintendo provided some useful features in this update -- some not so, but at least they are fun for a moment. I'm not a serious Yoga or workout addict so I'm not using this to the fullest. However, even for the casual exercises once or twice a week this is a good way to burn some calories, feel better about yourself and have fun doing it. Either by yourself or with friends and/or family this game fits the bill -- if you can forgive a few minor missteps. But nobody's perfect.
