Seller shipped broken product. Then when asked for a partial refund refused and told me to take it up with usps and ebay, " it was not their problem." Description was inaccurate, and unfortunately the product cannot be repaired for use. They do not accept returns. I will not buy from them again. They were quick to respond with a refusal, to push off blame, and make it my responsibility to remedy their mistake.

Buyer demanded a refund when the item was damaged in transit so having insurance up to $100 I was able to offer him a full reimbursement through USPS, but he declined and was adamant about getting a partial refund. The description was accurate, and buyer chose not to read or look at pictures. I specifically wrote in the product description the bumper of the car had damage and took photos from multiple angles for buyer. He stated he wanted to keep item to repair but still demanded refund.
