One issue I had with with this seat purchase was that it was not shipped with four new bolts for the two slides. My old seat on the backhoe was the original and the bolts were tack-welded onto the slides, so I had obtain four bolts for the slides. Another issue is that the lever for moving the seat back and fourth wound up being on the right side- which is fine for a tractor, but they are on the left side on a backhoe. It could just the set-up of the slide, but that's the way it works for me.
