Everything about this transaction was terrible. They get a -5 star review. The Sony video camera was listed as brand new, but it was an open box and used. The pictures for the listing were inaccurate. I even asked before purchase about the condition and they lied to me. The mailing packaging was bad and the camera was not secure in the box. They sent me the wrong model. The manual wasn't in English. This seller has jaded my faith in buying from Ebay. This seller is a scammer.
