Product works well, but there is an error in the description. It has 4 GB of ram, not 6 like the ad said. I knew that would be the situation from Samsung's site, because the 64GB flash variant only comes with 4 GB ram - 6 GB ram is only available in the more expensive versions. It's still a good phone for the price.

Excellent phone. On your old phone, text BAL to 611611. Write down your min, text, data amts. Call Tracfone on a diff phone, ask them to transfer service to the new phone. After service is set up on your new phone, ask them to manually add 1500 min/text/data and tell them your current min/text/data amounts. Keep them on the line till you see the 1500min/text/data has been added when you text BAL. Wifi calling does not work on this phone likely bec HD Voice is not a feature and is required.

Good deal and fast shipping. No problems with activation this time. Sometimes it can be a little slow. If your phone doesn't activate immediately just shut it off and wait an hour or two and it should work when you turn it back on. TracFone has some good deals and this is one of them. If they didn't I would get my phone from someone else because their customer service sucks.

Fast delivery. But you will have to call customer service and activate the phone through them. When trying to do it through the website, it just says "insert the sim card" - it doesn't say which. The packaging just says "sim A, sim B". No way to tell which is CDMA and which is GSM. Good news is: customer service was able to activate my new phone and transfer my number. All turned out OK.

I contacted this seller 6 times in a 2 week period. The item advertised is not what I received (see photo) - it did not include a 1 year plan, data or minutes. After the first 3 messages, I was told that even though the packaging was different, that I would still have the plan as described. Then I could not activate the card I was told I needed a 4 digit code - but no such code was provided. I called the 800 number 3 times and spent over an hour on the phone trying to redeem this purchase.
