Fit 60 mm wide rear fender on hybrid type Bike perfectly. The sections and thickness is more substantial than the original on bike. My skill set is great. I got onto fender without removing wheel or fender. I just unscrewed the wire brace from where it is connected to rear axle frame on each side. This allowed the fender to move enough to get bracket onto fender. Bracket needed a little pre-bending first.
