The phone was received very quickly, in perfect condition, factory sealed box and exactly as described. Unfortunately there were some features not functioning properly. Verizon was contacted and did not have any answers. I contacted 3c-Infinity and they immediately acknowledged my email and had some helpful settings to try. The phone did not meet my needs (may have been bad from factory), but this Ebayer is top-notch! I asked to return it and there was absolutely no problem getting a credit.
