item came pretty fast although I don't know if it's 20000mah. I charged it fully using a usb meter since you can't really tell when it's fully charged by the led. my led doesn't seem to go on except when first plugging it in then it goes away. after a full charge indicated by the meter, it charged one phone from 30%. It's not able to charge anything else after that. but for $15 it's not too bad. You can use it as a top off or emergency charger until you can get to a wired charger.

Seller told me item was delivered on 1/12. It wasn't. The item showed up on the 19th with 4.38 postage due. I refused the package, as I ha d discovered the same issue on several of his items. And no refund either. Bad seller. Do yourself a favor, and skip this person.
