I purchased a phone confident it would be like new as stated in the description. But unfortunately, it was broken upon arrival. After trying to reach the seller numerous times, he offered me a replacement. I trusted him but was very disappointed when the phone was defective a second time around. I tried the local repair shop, only to hear that this device is not an original; the parts have been tampered with. Now I'm stuck with a broken phone, and cannot reach the seller either.

The original issue was there was a small mark on the corner of the phone, we offered a full refund and or a replacement upon getting tne phone back it was a small piece of tape that was easily wiped off the phone. We sent the customer a second phone and he stated he was having trouble hearing out of it. We told him at this point to please return the phone for a full refund but he refused and demanded a full refund and he was keeping the phone as well.

I've never been more satisfied with a purchase in my life. This phone was EXACTLY as it was described. All of the pictures (the ones the seller took) where actually of it. He could have threw the box away and stuffed it in a smaller envelope and the shipping would have cost half as much. The phone would have gotten here dinged up and there would have been nothing I could do about it. (Which has happened before.) But not this guy! He did everything beyond expectation! You can trust this seller!!
