    Excellent...but

    Bought this for my wife who has severe COPD. It was a good decision and it works. My wife will never get better, but since installing this her reliance on oxygen has somewhat reduced. It is easy to set up, just remember to take the filter out of its wrapping first, and is relatively quiet. Filter needs cleaning every two weeks or so and replaced every six months. Automatic settings are fine for most of the time. Rarely had to put the setting to maximum. The only downside is the spare filters and they are not cheap. £25 for one and £36 for two. They have to be ordered through clickspares. Apart from that, buy it.

    Best decision ever!

    I paid for a Which review and this model came up high as a reccomendation. I'm not dissapointed. It's super quiet, I can barely hear it. I love the sensor and automatic side of it and it's definitely made my breathing better! Would highly recommend!
