Free shipping was in the listing. Seller didn't put correct info, I was required to pay the postage upon delivery. Seller just said 'take it up with ebay' - zero help.

Buyer was trying to get me to refund him money for free shipping that I provided through Ebay. I had no notice from Ebay or USPS of any additional shipping shortage due on this product. This buyer was difficult to deal with during the entire process. All my sales and other feedback speak to the integrity of our business dealings.
