After three days, the screen cover fell off and the Fitbit no longer worked. I contacted the seller, who expected me to repair it myself. I did not purchase a new item to do a DIY repair. I expected either a refund or a replacement. I followed the seller's repair directions since neither was offered. The screen heated up and fused to the motherboard. It is useless. I have been an ebay customer for more than 20 years and have never had a worse experience.
