Description said it was open box but brand new condition. Speaker arrived dented and with a variety of scrapes and scratches. There was even grass in one of the holes in the front panel. When I requested a return, the seller completely ignored every correspondence I sent. Do not do business with this careless and dishonest seller.

Item was as described, but I didn't want to receive the order. I found a way better price which included a mouse and the unifying receiver. I tried to cancel within minutes of the order. They ignored my request to cancel. They have never contacted me. I do no like making a trip to return things. In this case I was not even offered that option. They should of at least responded.
